PAYMENT:
Deposit must be paid when you send the contract form back to us. The booking will not be confirmed until we receive this payment. If you wish to pay the outstanding balance by cheque, we must receive this TWO weeks prior to the event, after that cash payments only are accepted and the total amount must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. .

ADDITIONAL HOURS:
When feasible, the client's request for extended playing time during the event will be accommodated PAYMENT is due on time of request and may be made in CASH only, this will be charged at £50.00 per hour

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be in writing by the client, if the client cancels less then ONE mouth prior to the event then only the deposit will be forfeited. If you are having difficulty with the event please do not hesitate in contacting us by phone

OUR GUARANTEE:
Once the booking is confirmed in writing we will be there, we do NOT take bookings for the same night once we have confirmed, no matter how much extra money is being offered. We will call you one month prior to the function and then one week before the date to confirm arrangements and take any last minute requests etc. We will make every possible effort to attend your function; we are that confident of attending your event, we will give you £100.00 plus a full refund if we do not.

DAMAGE:
Accidents do happen, but if equipment is wilfully damaged we reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement of equipment.

PROVISION:
The client will ensure that, (1) Will be within 5mtes of a reliable power supply, (2) Facility is open at time as on contact form, (3) Responsible steps will be taken to protect Xclusive equipment and personnel and crowd control will be provided if warranted, (4) For outdoor events a shelter is provided that completely covers and protects Xclusive equipment from adverse weather conditions
